Repairing Dripping Taps

Dripping or leaky taps are frustrating. Fixing a dripping tap is a quick and easy job for us to do. If you would prefer new taps, we can sort that too.

Radiators – Installation and Repair

Modern radiators generally tend to have a long life span, but problems can still sometimes occur due to age or poor maintenance. From loose radiators to leaks and cold spots.
Depending on the problem I can repair or replace radiators. why not take the opportunity to have your old inefficient radiators replaced with new compact, stylish high heat output radiators.
I can also install thermostatic radiator valves to give better temperature control throughout your house – they may even save on your heating bills.

From installing bath tubs and showers – I specialise in Aqualisa and Mira showers – to new toilets and basins.

I can also provide a complete bathroom makeover from design and installation to finishing, no job is too big or too small.

Gas Fire service

I am also experienced in servicing and repairing all modern gas fires. Whether you need an annual service, a gas fire safety check or a repair.

Our Gas fire service includes the following:

• Check appliance for gas leaks
• Check appliance and burner gas pressure
• Check for satisfactory ventilation.
• Check satisfactory operation of all safety devices.
• Check Burners and Injectors for signs of incomplete combustion.
• Check for physical stability.
• Inspect flue to ensure it is safe, secure and to current standards.
• Test the full system for leaks.

Landlords Certificates

I can carry out the required safety checks on all the gas appliances at your property(s), work to Gas Safe regulations, and issue a Landlord Gas Safety Record Form.

Landlords are responsible for the safety of their tenants. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 deal with landlords’ duties to make sure gas appliances, fittings and flues provided for tenants are safe, landlords are also responsible for ensuring an annual gas safety check is carried out within 12 months of the installation of a new appliance or flue and annually thereafter by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.
